Hollenback and Nelson specializes in masonry projects so you don't have to. We work independently or with contractors as part of a construction team. We have a wide variety of experience in construction, including projects that span commercial, institutional, and residential properties. We complete projects on time — we meet deadlines. In each project our team is directed by a project manager with many years of experience executing masonry projects. Our comprehensive quality control program and attention to detail is the defining characteristic which allows us to be versatile in project scope and execution. We create the image you want. We infuse quality from the beginning-to-end of our construction projects. We utilize survey-grade levels and layout transits to ensure the most accurate results possible. Before the actual construction begins, our quality control process has already started. Because our clients need to know how we operate and see our results, we implement the following quality control points:

Product Testing and Evaluation

During pre-construction we test our mortar additives and material cleaners at our in-house lab in order to determine responses to moisture and temperature changes. We follow standard engineering protocols for our controlled tests.

 

In addition we have professional testing services available for more intensive circumstances. Through this process we can assure our customers that we are identifying products that work well together, including: brick, stone, mortar, cleaners, additives and more. This is another part of our pre-construction quality control program.We have invested in testing equipment and developed specific policies in order to maximize quality.
